Busy every day. No time for yourself. Then something unexpected happens, and it knocks you flat.

Today everyone's life is busy. No one has time to invest in themselves, and the result is disconnection: from ourselves, from others and from nature. When something unexpected or difficult happens, we feel overwhelmed. Fear, anxiety and self-doubt become the companions we carry day to day.

The practice of natural and spiritual sciences helps us reconnect, to have trust and faith, to live by good core values and to act for the greater good. It is not new. It is the oldest system of education in India, and it still works.

What we teach

The ancient Gurukul, taught live online.

In the Gurukul, students lived with the Guru in an environment of simplicity and mindful living. Education was a journey of inner growth, not an accumulation of facts. We keep that idea and change the medium: live sessions online, the ancient practices, and current research on the difficulties we face today.

      Questions people ask first.

      Do I need a background in yoga, Sanskrit or Hinduism?

      No. The programs are open to everyone, irrespective of age, caste, religion, culture or background. Self-study starts from where you are.

      Is there an exam or a certificate at the end?

      No written examination, and no certificates. This is a personal journey of self-exploration, not a qualification.

      Where and when are the sessions?

      Live online. The Group Wisdom Sessions run two Saturdays a month, two hours each, on the school's monthly calendar. Mentorship is one hour every fortnight, one-to-one. Retreats are in person, in India.

      Can my children or my parents join?

      Yes. Teenagers, seniors and even toddlers with their parents or grandparents attend the virtual sessions.

      I have a specific problem. Is that what mentorship is for?

      Yes. Mentorship sessions address professional, personal and interpersonal challenges you bring, with insight from astrological, spiritual and metaphysical sciences.

      Distance is no barrier to discovery, transformation and meaningful connection.

      The biggest problem we face today is that we cannot handle ourselves when traumatic situations take place in our lives. We lose our ability to make decisions and our self-confidence goes for a toss. We are enveloped with fear, anxiety and depression. The practice of natural and spiritual sciences helps us rejuvenate ourselves. The crux of our strength comes from having firm belief, faith, values and trust in the Divine.

      We run fast and faster with each passing day and have no time to check in with ourselves. We have gone far from our inner being and the natural system. We have forgotten that we are "we" and not "I". To tackle this phase, we need self-knowledge.

      Believe in your inner voice. Love everyone the way you want to be loved. Allow your mind to think and your soul to drive your mind. Balance your life on the principle of ethics. Fix your body clock, work on your habits, and create willpower to experience who you really are and why you are born.

      Fulfil your ambitions in this life. Do not wait for another reincarnation. Create good karma and work on the principle of Dharma. The purpose of this school is to give you the key to the treasure of knowledge and wisdom. Choose your seed mantra, open your heart, and discover yourself.

      गुरुOur Founder learned from Sage Sripad Baba, a master of many ancient wisdoms. These insights are extremely useful in practice in this phase of artificial intelligence.

      Dr. Sadhna Dixit

      I was fortunate that from my childhood I had the opportunity to meet many teachers and sages. With the bliss of God, they showed me the path and wisdom of natural and spiritual sciences.

      Shortage of time and patience is making our lives unbalanced. Our physical, mental and spiritual immune systems cannot cope with the ebbs and flows of daily life. In ancient times we followed the sun clock and the Ayurveda clock: waking before sunrise, eating before sunset, sleeping a few hours after the evening meal, and auditing our day before sleep.

      When nature gives challenges, it provides solutions. Breathing techniques, Yog Nidra, Tratak, Hast Mudras, Yoga Asanas and sound all hold them. Everything is predictable and curable by natural and spiritual practice.

      In this age of artificial intelligence, we all need the knowledge of ancient wisdom to keep our lives in balance. Invest in self to become the best version of yourself.

      This is the eternal inquiry at the heart of the school. You are not merely the body or the mind, but the eternal Atman, a spark of divine consciousness journeying through birth, death, karma and evolution. Through self-study, contemplation, discipline and practice, students are guided toward Atma Bodha, self-knowledge.
